misleading breakfast

poor service

the experience was almost satisfactory, but I can't help mentioning the absolute misinformation about the so-called breakfast. A couple of pastries and instant coffee? Really? Also, how delightful that I received zero interaction from the staff except during check-in. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, but I guess that was too much to ask for! ?
